Poules & Potager is a farm located in Marigot, Saint Barthélemy, specializing in raising laying hens and producing fresh, locally sourced eggs.
Our chickens are raised on-site, and our eggs are sold directly to consumers by reservation and subject to availability.
We also grow gherkins in Saint-Barthélemy, which we prepare and jar ourselves.
Through Poules & Potager, we aim to develop local, small-scale agriculture, promote short supply chains, and contribute to the local agricultural sector in Saint-Barthélemy.
The farm is gradually expanding as our flock and production grow.
